Level 6 day 2 Pull ups 6, push ups 19, Squats 32

Total = 4.35

This is the first Day 2 that really tested me really did feel it.
My chin ups were a lot better than I thought they would be I didn't really struggle to get them out they just flowed nicely.

Level 6 Day 1 Pull ups 3, Push ups 6, Squats 10 23 rounds tried brmc72's strategy doing sets of 5 and 1 minute rest but 5 was to much for me I was burn out come the 7th and had to wait 30 seconds to get back up after every set. I really tried to push it on the last 2 minutes but it didn't work out ...

Hey Sean thanks for the comment I do live in the UK yesterday was awful my hands where that cold after simple fit I couldn't even turn the music off my phone I have got really bad circulation though.
