Week 4 on level 6. Again mixed it up a little on day 1: did the normal 3 pullups but did 7 pushups instead of 6 and the normal 10 squats per round. Level 6 day 1: 20 rounds Level 6 day 2: did the 5 rounds w/o timing Level 6 day 3: time 7:39. Digressed a little from last week, pressing on this week!

Tried something alittle different for my third week on Level 6. I did Level 7 Day 1as my 1st workout for the week, here's my results: Level 7 Day 1: 17 rounds Level 6 Day 2: 5 rounds 2 minute rest between rounds did not time Level 6 Day 3: time 7:05 (another good improvement on previous weeks time!)

Level 6 week 2:

Level 6 Day 1: 21 rounds

Level 6 Day 2: Completed the 5 rounds with 2 minute break between rounds did not time

Level 6 Day 3: 7 minutes 56 seconds.

Knocked almost a minute off previous weeks time!

Thanks for the kind words KTG! I decided to use simplefit to help prepare me for a couple of big game hunts this fall. Level 5 Day 2: 6 minutes 7 seconds

Level 5 Day 3: 4 minutes 40 seconds
