you should definitely look into doing uphill running on the off day instead of just regular flat running. or incline running on the treadmill a whole lot better than just regular running.

D1L4 - 18 sets (beat level 3 reps! but also feel like shit...and i love it :] also the pullups were so much easier then last week)

does tendinitis apply for all ages or is it more commonly found in the older ranges. Also was wondering if theres some kind of way to avoid this by getting the correct nutritional value? More curious as to what and how causes this.

are your arms extremely sore? my arms are so sore that i can barely straighten them out, theyre actually just staying in a bent position, its terrible. but i love it.

Saw this site a couple days ago and decided i would start Stats: 180lbs 18yrs old 5'10" Sunday: L3-D1 20 sets 20 minutes i had somewhat of a hard time with those pull ups maybe i should move down a level? not really too sure. I have no problem doing the squats and push ups. just need to work on pull...
