Started Simple fit again, did Level 1 day 1 but only for 10 mins and did 8 rounds.
I only did 10 mins because last time I started it and did 20mins I couldn't walk/move properly for days. Will slowly increase to 20 mins.

Hi, I started the programme yesterday level 1 day 1. 20 mins of 1 pull-ups, 2 push up and 3 squats.
