Busy week, forgot to post Wednesday's results. Wednesday: L3D2: 3:50. Bit of an improvement, felt really good throughout. Today: L3D3: 3:54. No improvement, and the last few pullups were brutal, but I did them. I'll see how I do on L4 next week, I'm still optimistic I'll see L5 by January. Though th...
Forgot to post on friday: L1D3 1:39 chopped about a minute off, happy with that. Today's L3D1: 18 rounds. Yes I dropped two rounds, but I did do every single pullup, no subs, and it felt fantastic. Really took my time and worked on form and range of motion. I wasn't nearly as blasted as the first ti...
Rest week didn't start very well with me being under the weather on Monday. I started with L1D1: 36 rounds, big big improvement for me, especially considering there were no subs whatsoever. If anything my lack of conditioning is what let me down. I'll be skipping L1D2 and working on L1D3 on Friday. ...
Thanks taifun! Hrm...grumpy people who are in good shape, probably not something we want to see very often :D L3D2 4:05 Pullups felt great today. Just switched grips each round, and all were as RXd. For the 'rest week' do most people drop back to the beginning of the month (So for me L1) and then ba...
L3D1: 20 rounds I think I found my level. The increase in difficulty by doubling up the pullups was really really marked :? I managed 8 rounds of straight pullups, did a 3x sub round, then managed to get to round 12 without another sub, rounds 13-15 included at least one pullup with a set of subs. R...
Mondays, ugh. The workout this morning felt good though. L2D1: 29 rounds. I tried something a little different with the pullups that I was pretty successful with: dead-hangs don't work try a kip, kip don't work do the 3x subs, next round try from the dead-hang again, switch my grip, rather than just...
Thanks folks! This morning being a simplefit rest day I did the following, but forgot to time it. 5 rounds of: 10x straight situps, 10x left elbow to right knee, 10x right elbow to left knee, 10x leg lifts. I feel I could have done more, but my grip was giving out as I was hanging from the pullup ba...

Thanks! Dead weight pullups it is then. This morning went well I think: 22 rounds, the first 8 were straight pullups (which surprised me), 9-10 introduced kipping, 11-22 were 3x jumping pullups. That being said, it's the squats that got me. Stairs are not my friend today. Off to start a threa...
