My yesterday taekwondo class wasn't the usual fitness class, so no tiredness from then. That should explain some of the faster time. Guess I'm moving to L5 next week.

Took a hard fall on my knee yesterday, still a bit swollen, so skipping the squats today. ~20-25 seconds extra for those sets if I were doing them.
