L1D1: 12 reps
Substituted pull-ups with 1-leg assisted pull ups x3.
It's still hard, but not as hard as working out in the morning for me.
I just keep telling myself "be patient".

Still on saddle. L1D3: 6:25 (3min rest between sets, total 21 mins) L1D3: 6:10 Almost all pull-ups has to be substituted by Aussie pull-ups, aka body rows, or 1 legged assisted. Might have made a small mistake. Thought subs had to be 2x of the prescribed amount. Turns ...
... the stopwatch, but I did 20 pushups instead of 12 ... not focused. Monday, Lvl 4, D3, 6:14. I used a combination of 3 reps then 2 reps for the pull-ups. It seemed to work well. The last 3-2 set was kipped out and strained. I'm going to focus on this going forward. Push-ups were 15,11,10,5.
Lvl 4, D3, 7:11 Pull: 4,4,4,2,2,2,2 Push: 18,10,9,4 (best guess, it added up when I did them) Squats: 41 I figured I could do 5 sets of 4 pull-ups in 2 minutes (30 second per rep with ...

Busy week ... Anyway, lvl 4, d3, 7:18. Slipped again, I'm looking forward to rest week to regroup. Pull-ups are slow because I'm going harder: 9,4,2,3,2. There were a few that had a bit of kip to them, though. Pushes are still 21,10,10. Tried to desktop go deep squats, no stop as usual.
Stretched last night, today, lvl4, d1, 24 reps. Pull ups were hard, push ups were easy. Always tough coming back from rest week, especially since really emphasized stretches the night before.
