Pullups vs Chinups - Exercise Selection

... to say it, but vanity is playing a large part in selection here. Aesthetically speaking, chin-ups are more beneficial right? Just wondering why pullups are generally favoured over chins? How many simple fitters switch in chins instead of pullups? Anyhow, would be nice to hear some reassurances ...

Re: Hello all! A question about pull-ups

If you did pull-ups without the towel, your forearms and grip would get crazy strong! Maybe doing a few like that will help you get the strength to get the last 2-4 reps of the PBF recommended 12 pull-ups.

Re: Hello All! I have a few questions~

... reply! I definitely see progress-- it's kind of hard to believe that a 20 minute workout could be so effective! I think I'll try to add some extra pull ups and whatnot every once in a while though. Thanks again for the clarification and info! I really appreciate it.

Re: Few Questions before I start workout routine

So, on level 7 day 3,
40 pull ups + 80 push ups + 80 squats
= 200 reps in 300 seconds (5mins)
= 1.5s / rep in perfect form, in order to level up :?

Anyone achieved this...yet?
