Started Simple fit again, did Level 1 day 1 but only for 10 mins and did 8 rounds.

I only did 10 mins because last time I started it and did 20mins I couldn't walk/move properly for days. Will slowly increase to 20 mins.

Can barely move

... was sweating etc. woke up this morning with all the used muscles sore when being used. As the the day went on it became worse, guess these muscles have not been used in a while. Hoping I recover tomorrow as I want to run then day 2 of SF the following day. :shock:
