My routine

... simplefit day 2, and I know most of them by now. As a result I've been able to stick with this for a few months now and I'm starting to see good results. Might see about adding a "C" workout later on if I feel that there are gaps in the above in terms of muscle groups being worked, ...

Re: Keroserg's Log

... going to start breaking down all my reps during the 5 minutes (minus squats) into 3 sets each, this change should hopefully give less stressful results. That being said I'm halfway up the ladder of beginner. Things are about to get very difficult from here, and i expect to spend more than one ...

Maybe when your entire body catches up to the exercises you'll start going up levels again a bit ...

Misterd Training Log

... a minimum. This fits nicely into my life and my suspicion that you don't need a hell of a lot in terms of equipment or movements to get phenomenal results with your training. Years of belonging to the cult of the bench press and powerlifting style training has left me stiff and with a lot of imbalances. ...

Re: diet tips

... time now (years) you cant just expect that you will lose it in a week or two. So forget about all those fast-magical-diets. They might work, but results are short term. Once youre off such diet you will gain all the weight right back. The trick is in moderation. First of all you need to find ...

Also, is there a strategy to approach day 3 to get the best time. Perhaps I am spending too much time resting. My day 1 times are improving ...

Form vs intensity

... doing pull-ups with less range of motion so I was wondering, if I keep at this format, will my form/strength/endurance increase and achieve better results than if I stick to my old slow and steady format? Anyone with similar experiences? Also, what sort of results will I see if I stick to the slow ...

Level 7 Week 1

... of a deal but, man, day 1 was brutal. I could really feel the fatigue setting in much earlier than I was expecting. All in all, I'm happy with the results although my form was pretty crappy towards the end. Next week I think I'll sacrifice some rounds in an attempt to keep my form from deteriorating. ...
