I can't log my progress even though I created an account

Here's the error code I get when I try to log my progress while logged in (yes, I verified my email ... expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given Level Day Rounds/Time Help?

I patched the server OS to latest version sorry if the downtime was an inconvenience. Please let me know if you ... if there are any good PHP programmers here I want to bring this BB to the current level but the graphical logging feature ties into phpbb for auth and cant take the changes ...

It's simple, effective, and motivating. It's awesome to log progress and see how you improve and level up over time.

Can I use SF to supplement myself?

I am looking for a quick workout to do in the morning in addition to stretching. I have a gym membership, so I have ... so this is definitely not my only form of exercise. Should I just do SF at a low level in the mornings and continue doing weights and cardio, or would it be better ...

Your off to a nice start. Don't let your weight be the end point. I've seen this happen over and over ... the food your eating and adjust appropriately. Make some new goals for your fitness levels and keep progressing! Head for level 8 and move on from there. I working on an being ...

So, on level 7 day 3,
40 pull ups + 80 push ups + 80 squats
= 200 reps in 300 seconds (5mins)
= 1.5s / rep in perfect form, in order to level up :?

Anyone achieved this...yet?

well I think As you look forward to each level in your fitness quest and develop you will likely move on from just Simplefit to other more varied exercises and challenges. Crossfit gives ten elements to fitness and I'm trying to incoporate all of that into my regimen.
