If you did pull-ups without the towel, your forearms and grip would get crazy strong! Maybe doing a few like that will help you get the strength to get the last 2-4 reps of the PBF recommended 12 pull-ups.

Your numbers look good. I would think you'll beat L4 any day now.

To improve your D1 results, try adding 1 - 3 rounds after the 20 minutes have elapsed. The following week, aim to match the total number of rounds within the 20 minutes.
