Followed up with wild-card Tabata session - mountain climbers, punching heavy bag, left roundhouse kicks, punching again, right roundhouse kicks, burpees, punching, jumping rope for 8 total rounds.

So, I'm back. Last month or so has been insane crazy at work, so exercise has been catch-as-catch-can. Eating craft service food on the set, working from 7 AM to 9 PM most days, and generally stressing out. There've been a few workouts here and there, but I haven't logged anything in ages. Did boxing too for a while. Never worked out so hard in my life - an hour of 3 minutes on, 1 minute off is brutal. Time I'd get in the ring to spar, it was spaghetti-arm time.
