I once developed an application that I used to train with for some time[details here]. It isn't fitness-specific though, but I always thought it would be a great idea to develop something that creates randomized+customized bodyweight workouts.

When your workouts (Day 2 and Day 3) take less than 5 minutes, you should move on to the next level. When they take more than 30 minutes, you should move down a bit.

Hi, nice start.
Just wanted to mention that you made the same (minor) mistake that I made on day 2. There should be a rest of 3 minutes between each round (sample workout).
I guess that's because the second day is meant to focus mainly on strength and less on endurance.

Greetings,

L1D3- 2 minutes, 25 seconds. No elbow pain.

Edit: Had an idea. Maybe you could create a "Journal"-Subforum, where people can post about their progress, so the "Training"-Forum would be mainly for specific questions.

Ah, didn't read that thing with the rest on the Day 2 Workout. Maybe it should be displayed more prominently? (For those of us too lazy to read the sample workout)

Hi, nice site, gonna try it out

Hi, I'm new here. Like some of the others who posted here I once tried the WOD from crossfit.com but found it too hard and I don't have some of the equipment. Saturday I did the L1-D1 workout. Had to stop after 12 minutes(17 rounds) though, because my elbow hurt when doing pull-ups. That problem luc...
