Pull-ups: 5-5-6 Negative splits!!
Pushups: 33
Squats: 33

Took an extra day inbetween Day 2 and Day 3. Felt a slight twinge in opposite shoulder. But no issues yesterday or today. I'm going to stay at L3 next week just to acclimate and then make the jump back to L4.

Try a large diameter exercise ball. I found that helped with pull-ups. You can kind bend your knees and "hook" your feet on the ball. I found body rows end up working your trapezoid and rhomboid muscles and not really your lats (which are the primary muscles used in a pull-up.) Check out the links_>...

Alrighty! Jumped back up on the horse today. Injured my shoulder last week Wednesday. I think just a strain. I took 9 days off and started back at it today. Rats! I should have listened better to my body. Tweaked my shoulder. Not sure how badly yet but I'm thinking it's going to need rest.

Good work! This is the exact way to work into it. Make sure you don't increase the amount you run by more then 10% per week. You can easily hurt yourself when first starting out running. (or any exercise program for that matter!)
