Also did 43 pushups for the 2009 Push-Up challenge. My boss and I also modified the push-up challenge to the 2009 pull-up challenge. Instead of doing an additional pull-up everyday, we do an additional pull-up for every week of the year. So this week is week 6 of 2009. So everyday, we do 6 pull-ups....

As usual 2 minute rest in between.

I went to Level 4 today
Day 1 20 rounds. I didn't push it as I traveled from Georgia to Chicago today. I just kept a steady pace of 1 round per minute.

L3D1 23 rounds. Man, this stuff doesn't get any easier! Here's a word of encouragement to those working on the pull-ups. I started with subs now pullups are easy. Just be patient. Very pleased with simplefit so far. I had a mini-class reunion with some friends I hadn't seen in 29 years since graduation day. They said, "Wow, Bill.

Surgery really shows how fragile humans are. I had total hip replacement in 2004. Took almost a year to get back to a feeling of normalcy. Make sure you allow ample time for rest. Your body is working hard healing after the surgery even though it's not noticable. I'm having hip surgery in May again ...

Wow, just looked out the window! Time to go out and shovel more snow. Monday is the only day in the last 5 where I haven't had to shovel. Sheeesh!
