Thanks Prometheus! Just enjoying my week off and trying to stick to it being a week off. Harder than it seems. Can't wait to get back at it. Hopefully I won't loose too much by next week!

That's really nothing to get down on yourself for. I'd say it's pretty well impossible to post PR every time out. If that were the case imagine how many records would be broken every day. Week 31 L3D1 26 sets (no subs, chin-ups in singles) L3D2 5:31 (no subs, chin-ups in 2-1 sets) A lot slower than last week but form was better L3D3 5:16 (no subs) 12s faster than last week and the form was a lot better than last week as well so that's a little progress. Welcome. You'll definitely gain muscle, increase fitness and loose fat from doing these workouts, but don't expect to "bulk up". Otherwise enjoy!

Week 30 L3D1 26 sets (14 sets no subs[down from last week] the rest 3 body rows subs) L3D2 4:33 (no subs, chin-ups in 2-1 sets) L3D3 5:28 D3 was poor form on the chin-ups so that number realistically should be + 30s so closer to 6 mins.
