Today I experienced something that I do not often experience: after a D2 workout, I could actually feel it in my muscles, and it is a good feeling!

I'll be taking my two days off tomorrow and Friday and will be tackling D3 Saturday morning, hoping to break 5 min's.

I didn't sleep well last night and my muscles were still sore from the week's exercises, so my approach to D3 today was "apprehensive". I had a good idea I would crack 5min's and was glad that I did it in the time I posted.

On to L2 next week!

L3D3 Pull-ups: 7/3/2/1/1/1/1 Push-ups: 20/13 Squats: 33 Time: 06:00 As with D2, I was really chuffed with today's workout, especially the 7 straight pull-ups I achieved ( viz a PR of 11). Unfortunately the last 3 were chins, but I'm confident that by next week I'll be able to do all 16 with neutral...

I really enjoyed this morning's workout! I was solid on the pull-ups, which was encouraging. Push-ups weren't too hard and squats quite easy.

Let's see what D3 has in store in two day's time!
