I was supposed to have started with L3 last week, but I was "in transito" for most of the week, which made working out shy to impossible. Things are back to normal again and I'm glad to be back into the swing of things!

hi, and welcome to SF krp312!

mate, i'm no expert, but i shouldn't try and strengthen the weaker arm for pull-ups. i am naturally right handed, so my right arm is much stronger than my left, but i haven't found that it has hampered me in the pull-up division.

once you can do Day 3 in under 5 minutes, you can progress to the next level.

I was quite confident that I would "beat" L2 soon, but in didn't expect it to happen in the first week after my rest week!

Next week is on to L3, which, I know, is gonna take me a while to crack!

L2D1 26 rounds After the rest week it was back to business again today. I had a very good workout, mixing the grip on the pull-ups frequently, as well as the "stances" in the push-ups (wide, narrow, etc). My aim is to crack L2 before my next rest week. Let's see how it goes. Hope you all have a won...

looking @ u'r time, i would say this is an understatement of note hahahahaha

L1D1 30 rounds i was aiming for 30 rounds this morning and am pleased that i actually achieved it. i mixed my pull-ups quite a bit during the workout, using various grips throughout. towards the end though a struggled a bit with all, except chins. my form wasn't so good either, but i'll work on tha...

I'm glad I reverted to L1 after last week's "start" on L2. I felt I gained something from this morning's workout.
