In the 8 weeks I've been doing Simplefit I've had some great gains, and I'm planning sticking with the program til the end. But then what? Gym or Crossfit affiliate memberships are not in my budget, and, as a former gym rat, I frankly have no real desire to go back to Gold's/World's/Planet Fitness/w...

Notes:

- 11 rounds pull-ups, 13 rounds chin-ups, no substitutions or assists
- 48 total unassisted pull-ups (personal best by 2)
- 2 sets push-ups, 1 set diamond push-ups, 1 set wide-stance push-ups, repeat (6 cycles total)

Thanks Gary! I can't say how typical my gains are, but I'm very happy with the way Simplefit has been working for me so far, and I think you'll be pleased too if you stick with it.

- No assists! That's 46 unassisted pull-ups, shattering my previous record of 26! Holy shit!

Welcome aksh. A few comments: Simplefit recommends you rest about 3 minutes in between D2 sets. That's a bit much for me, I usually rest until I'm ready to start the next set, which is normally about 2 minutes. As for the pull-ups, don't get discouraged.
