Thanks man! Yeah I hate it to. It is a bit off a downer when that happens.

I have trouble getting full ROM with my dips too. But I fell that since I been doing the CFWU it feels better and I can go lower on each dip.

Thanks! I like the CFWU. It gives a good warm-up and at the same time a bit of practice on the basic bodyweight exercises.

Yeah if you continue your progress you will soon break the 1000 CFT score... So go and get that oly bar :)

Did the CFWU warm up:

Light cardio (row) for 2 min
30 seconds Samson Stretch

CFWU x 2 (from Crossfit O-Zone)
10 push-ups
10 sit-ups
10 pull-ups ( did jumping)
10 dips ( did them on a bench)
10 squats
10 back extensions

Did a 11.26 min run ( trail run 8.06 min )

Then did L4D2:

9.02 min ( pullups 4-4-4-4-4; pushups 12-12-10,2-8,2,2-8,2,2; squat all were 10,5,5. Pullups felt really good but suffered a bit on the pushups and squat.)
