so it is rest day today..

feel a little beat up from yesterday but it the good kind.. beat but not broken :)

looking forward to tomorrows workout.

It feels like I can feel the progress day by day...

If I up to it I might try tabata pusk-ups tomorrow or saturday

working out in a forest is great.. it restores the energy you lose during the workout or so I feel :)

29-8-07 Thank you all.
