Then did a pyramid version of the dumbbell bear.

10-8-6-4-2 reps with no timed pauses and 18 kg dumbbells
Deadlift
Hang Clean
Thrusters

Time: 11.01 min

Then

2 x 10 situps on situps bench; 60 degree or more elevation.

Ran same as last: 13.05 min ( 8.03 min on the trail run; new PR! :D )

Then 3 rounds of max pullups/pushups

round 1: 6/12
round 2: 5/10
round 3: 4/10

new PR on pullups with 6 pullups in a row. 8)

16-07-08 Took a ride on my road bike.. Around 25 km.. average speed 26 km. Had to struggle with head and side winds pretty much the hole trip and less to no tailwind.. go figure :? My cycling computer wouldn't show the distance but showed the speed without any problems Hadn't biked for ages but felt...

Yes Cancellara is great but too bad about Cancellara on the time trial. I thought he would have done better.. Not sure what I think about Miller.. I think he will do well on L'alpe d'huez and so will the Schleck brothers I think.. but a crazy ride on todays race near the end.. there were some pretty nasty crashes.. But I an looking forward to tomorrows time trial.. who is your favorite for the tour? and for tomorrow?

02-07-08 Did L8D2 again today Time: 40.55 min ( started pullups with reps of 3 and 2 but mostly reps of 1; pushups were reps of 10,5,3 and 2; squat were all reps of 10. I did L4D1: 22 rounds ( pullups first 7 were 2, rest were 1-1. They felt better this time; pushups and squat felt hard)

All rounds with: 2 x 18 kg ( tried 2x20 but desided on the 2x18)

Time: 4.15 min
