Thats great progress!! :)

Been checking your blog out on a regular basic and I must say you putting down some pretty good numbers on your workouts.. I have also tried to leave a message on your blog but it will not send it. Don't know if it is because I don't have a blog myself?

25-06-08 Another challenge: Did L8D3: 43.52 min (pullups were ok but really felt them from rep 40 to 50; pushups were reps of 10 and 5 the first 50 and 5, 3 and 2 the last 50; Squat were all done in reps of 10. As a sidenote I think it is the first time my day 3 has been faster than day 2, but still...

04-06-08 Just finished my last exam for the summer.. well have to defend my project.. But still Woohoo!! 8) Workout: Warmup: 1000 m row (damper 4), Then: Did five rounds of the Dumbbell Bear with at 3 min break between rounds. All rounds with: 2 x 18 kg Time: 4.40 min :D ( gonna try 2 x 20 kg next) ...
