07-03-08 Thanks Kevin :D Today: Tried the dumbbell bear with two 18 kg dumbbells but went over the time on the 3th round. Did about 20 min of push-ups, planks, situps, forward sideways and backwards rolls and jumps.

03-03-08

Did L1D3: 3.55 min (pushups and pullups felt hard but squat went easy)

So I guess I will start at level 2 again and probably supplement with some modified crossfit training in center

12-11-07 L4D3: 8.49 min ( pushups were hard after pullups. The pullups really drained my energy.) L4D9: 16.43 min ( The first set of pullups were hard due to insuffient warmup, the rest went ok. HSPU went well today, much better form. And did 9 one legged squat in a row on each leg. So thats one goal obtained! :) )

Pull ups were as follows: 4, 3-1, 3-1, 2-1-1, 2-1-1)

L4D8: 23.17 min ( started well but the finish was hard; Dips, HSPU and Inverted Pullups drained my strength at the end.)
