I've had the privilege of Colorado ranchers starting in on grass fed, and now my local target stocks grass-fed, hormone free ground beef for about a dollar more than the regular stuff, and it is 91/9.
I'm very happy.

Simplefit gets the ball rolling... as you feel more fit, you want to do more things because you feel more capable. At its core, there is always simplefit, and the progress it gives.

Do one more week of L1 so you get under 5 minutes, then I would move up to L2, even assisted. It will help you improve faster, and the number of pull-ups is not as large as from L2 to L3.
