Keeping active (just walking around and going outside) will do you some good, but rest is so very important. Can't wait to see what you do when you get better! :D

Breaks were 3 min, 3 min, 3:30, 4 min so I could finish all the body rows without failure.

IMHO (In My Humble Opinion), workout times can't be defined as best or worst for everyone. I like working out after my workday, before dinner. My g/f is all about 6am... whatever time doesn't make the exercise work just to start it. Music/podcast/tv helps me a lot, even over 20-30 minutes, it helps ...

TO answer some of your questions so Kevin can handle just #1... 2. How do I know when to change levels? When your day 3 time is below 5 minutes, you bump up to the next level. This is also open for some interpretation, since some wait till they are performing full pull-ups/pushups before moving out ...

Just remember, better to pause 30/60 seconds and finish with good form and comfortable, than to be barely finishing and not do a pause. None-the-less, excellent work!

I'll be decreasing my angle (more horizontal) for Day 2 since it is more a 'strength' day, and I let my wrist rotate naturally while doing it overhand.

I get the job thing... I am a Tech Support Supervisor/IT guy/Mysql-php dev, so most of the time it is at a desk, with a computer, for 9 hours a day. I also commute 75 minutes a day. When I get bored, anxious, whatever, I use to reach for the complimentary fun size candies... now I make sure I have t...

If you see the labels of the charts (left side), the charts are only DAY 1 and DAY 3, since there is not as much variation in day 2 (see the discussion on page 1 of this thread). If you 'display the complete log' you will see the entries for day 2.

@Gary: Yeah, negatives were too hard on me because of my weight (don't look 300 lbs, but I am), and that angle was tested last week during 'day3' and I could only do 10 at a time in a row, so I decided to do that angle the entire week to see how it works out. My right arm was burning afterwards, so ...

W7,L2:D1 - 22 rounds doing 3:1 45 degree body rows with my new equipment. I've attached images, so criticism is welcome. My g/f said I need to get my elbows higher. http://home.comcast.net/~ucffool/bodyrow1.jpg Please note, this string of images should be viewed from the bottom to the top. http://ho...

Public service:
This is not for most people, since the hinges of the door in a standard home would not handle this strain over a period of time without damaging the door (and imagine if it was not even YOUR door!)

It's funny, those of us on the heavier side of things (I started at 301lbs) have strong legs, weak upper body. Those on the lighter side as yourself (I'm only 3" taller) are the reverse.
Physiologically it makes sense, but sometimes the obvious just needs to be said. Welcome!

I'm not sure about adding an extra workout, unless it is some cardio. However, it's time for L5 for you it seems, good work!
