L2:D2 (2 days ago): 7:40 L2:D3 (today): 8:46 With today's workout, I finished putting together ($15 total cost) 2 straps that can be connected to the park's pull-up bar, adjustable length, which end in rope slip knots going through a 9" long 3/4" thick PVC pipe. The next addition to the workoutlog will probably be a 'share with others' link, where your day1 and day3 charts would be visible at a unique URL for you. You would turn it on/off from your log, so you only share if you turn on the feature and give out the URL (or put it in your sig). Would anyone b...

Judging by your time and some of the other times I've read from other individuals, I'd say go ahead and go to Level 3, and see how you do there. I think you could go straight to level 4, but my personal recommendation is level 3.

I'm not sure when using rings would help and in what regard. Pushups and squats are fine. Elaborate please. :?

W6, L2:D1 - 20 reps Switched to body rows for this week per the recommendation, and they were harder... not on my arms, but on my grip. I have a pathetic grip, and it was harder to hold the towel through 3 slow body rows than the negative pull-ups. But for my blister/callous hands, it was better. I ...

W5, L2:D2 - 6:55
OMG I was sweating. I don't remember L1D1 ever being that rough on me. I had a rough time of the pull-ups (still jump and lower myself down), but was able to get through all rounds of pushups and squats without any pauses, and was 1-2 under failure.

After workout endorphines

So about 2 hours after my workout, I've realized I don't have everything I need to make dinner, and it is too late to go get and start cooking, so I go get something 'fast'. Meanwhile, on the ride home, the only thing I can think about is the following phrase: The world is filled with happy people; ...

If you have a digital camera, most will take < 30 second movies onto a memory card... I have a video for my '1 month' into simplefit, failing to do a pull-up. The next video I hope will be before 3 months and I'll do a full, dead-hang, pull-up. I'll post when I have it.
