W5,L2,D1: 19 reps
After a rest week and then a rainout yesterday, there were times where I was afraid to jump up to the bar. Throws you off. But, I will say the rest week did my body some good (doing it light).

Hmm, I see that your log is correct, according to what I see in the database. The chart is a tricky beast, so I'll have to replicate your entries and see what you see so I can debug it. I'll try and hit this up tonight and I'll let you know.

Sounds like my first week. Nope, you won't be like this. Day 1 is rough, and usually an easy warm-up/stretch before starting day 2 will help a lot (my first week, I started day 2 and the first round was rough, every other one was better). I usually find a wall or chair and do some standing push-ups,...

Good news! I can probably double it from 30 to 60 seconds... will that be enough? I don't want to extend it too much longer... I'll see if I can get that added tonight, so try again in a few hours.

It does use flash to load them, and I can see that a dial-up connection may timeout the file. That sucks, it's very cool if you get a bit more bandwidth. :) I'll see if I can extend the 'wait time' to load, but I don't think I can. I'll look into it for version2. Oh, if you get the green grid but no...

Day 2 should show up in the 'view complete log'. It is left out of the graphs because, well, it doesn't vary much. Most people take about 1 minute for each round, for around 5 minutes +/- 1min time, which is painfully consistent. Past that, Kevin should read this and he'll pull a record of the datab...

NEW FEATURE! A new way to track your workout logs

Hey everyone, I've worked with Kevin in the last 2 weeks and created a new feature for tracking your workout logs with a few extra features. First and foremost, it can be found here: http://simplefit.org/workoutlog.php This URL will be available after some feedback and testing through a link on the ...

I 'think' that failure is when you cannot complete that rep. For instance, you do a push-up and cannot fully extend your arms and end up bringing in your knees or collapsing on your arms. That would be failure. Pull-ups are tricky since for many of us, myself included, we are not doing pull-ups but ...

W4,L1,D3 - 5:54 As usual, pull-ups are jump and slow down. Did 10, then flip grip to chin-up for 5, then paused 1 minute, and then finished pull-ups the same way. Push-ups went 14, paused 1 minute, finished the last 7. Did 21 squats straight (easy). Next week, I'm going to really concentrate on the ...

I think that would be overkill. However, adding a blog for news and information about new additions to the site, etc. would be good. Something that yourself and maybe 1 or two other members can access. You could also call out good topics or comments in the forums through the blog... this assumes the...
