21 Sep 12 no one showed up for wod so I decided to do 1/2 Angie and see if I had improved from the first day I went into the crossfit place. The first time was about 19 minutes. the standard for an upper tier athlete is to get 20 or more rounds when doing Cindy. Most I believe hover around that number. 1 min rest

then we did max situps 1 min (a whopping 32)
then 3 min of differing ab exercises changing out every 30 seconds.
