hands are still a little touchy from ripped calluses but was doable. Grip strength is still poor.

What event are you doing? You training for an event in 3 months should be based solely on your ability to train for that event. Three months just isn't a lot of time. beat thursday's by a good 7 minutes. Difference here is that I got a severe cramp in my left calf as soon as I started double unders and ended up doing 100 singles on my right foot.

very odd because I did same run a week or so ago, beat it this time by 7 seconds, however, last time I walked a good 500 yards. Should have been faster this time by a wider margin.

Heh, thats a pretty good analogy. I think I posted somewhere previously that in order to complete 250 reps you would need to be able to do each rep in 1.2 seconds.
