Re: Modifying SimpleFit to slow weight loss.

So, you say that I should keep going as normal and hope to not too much weight. If that's so, I should modify my diet (one I didn't changed much to begin with). I guess I could do that, yes; I'm still taking this week off since I didn't do D1.

Re: Best time for workout?

Whatever time best fits in your schedule and ensures that you will be consistent and not miss workouts. I agree with KTG on this: while you might feel more comfortable doing it in the morning or late afternoon, the most important thing is finding a time which allows you to constantly keep doing the...

Modifying SimpleFit to slow weight loss.

Hey guys, Kaos here. So, after 9 months or so I went from 207lb to 160lb and I have finally reached my weight goal. Now my question is, if I want to keep doing Simplefit (or any other excercise for that matter) how do I stop or reduce the rate at which I'm losing weight? Right now, I'm looking prett...

Re: Big Difference between L6 and L7

Actually, you can discern a pattern in the progression between levels. Let's take D3 pullups as an example: L1 - L2 = 3 difference L2 - L3 = 3 L3 - L4 = 6 L4 - L5 = 6 L5 - L6 = 6 L6 - L7 = 8 L7 - L8 = 10 The purpose is to, every time you go up one level, you push yourself harder; which in theory is ...

Re: Pull ups question?

Actually, SimpleFit doesn't limit you to any single grip, it mostly depends on which one you feel more comfortable with; if you're proficient in both, try alternating between them. Here, let me quote the details page on it: pull-up Grasping a bar, pull your body up until your chin clears the bar, th...

Re: Kaos' log

38th week (Apr 23-27) L4D1 15 rounds L4D2 -- L4D3 1'50'' Notes: Due to some unforeseen modifications in my exercise area, I couldn't do D2 and D3 properly. On D2 I did the standard routine but without body rows; on D3 did 50 push ups and 50 sit ups (hence the low time). Let's see if, by next week, ...

Notes: It seems that either that week off really killed my rythm or that I still haven't fully recovered from the physical effort done during the trip.

Re: Kaos' log

Hey KTG! I've tried moving on to pull ups, but I still can't handle many of them unassisted (not even mentioning I still don't have a proper space to make them comfortably) so yes, for the time being I'm still on body rows.

At the start Male Age: 24 Weight: 205 Lb Height: 1.74 m (5'9'') Current state (at 34th week) Weight: 162 Lb Goal Weight: 170-165 Lb I made it. I really made it. :) I was out of words when I went to the doctor and he took my weight; I actually made it. I thought it was going to take a year or so, but...

Re: Kaos' log

35th week (Apr 2-6) Notes: Well, on these week I went to a three day trip, with climbing, trekking and all that included, so I decided to take a break from SimpleFit. As if that wasn't enough, the other two days were spent walking while watching processions (a tradition of my country) around the hi...

I'm pretty sure I made all the reps, my form wasn't that garbage (although the last body row reps are, but that's because my arms really can't take them any...
