I completely agree with you, KTG. I've gone to achieve far far more of what I could ever imagine in 7 or so months with SimpleFit. You just need to have the will to keep going.

26th week (Jan 30-Feb 3) L2D1 17 rounds L2D2 (0'34'', 0'34'', 0'34'', 0'35'', 0'35'')=1'72'' L2D3 3'38'' Notes: D3 is going to be hard now with those bodyrows; D1 and D2 go on with a steady pace, but D3 really brings me to my knees (so to speak). Still, I made it past this level with good form.

To be honest, I've never drank a single drop of water during my time with Simplefit. I should also clarify that on D1 I rarely exceed the 20 reps mark, so I might not work myself down to exhaustion; D2 and D3 go way too fast for me to consider a water break.
