Level 2, Day 1 (part III)

Today i did my usual 1/2 mile warm up, followed by: Simplefit Level 2, Day 1: Max Rounds in 20 Minutes * 3 body rows * 3 push-ups * 4 squats 30 rounds! i agree... i like the encouragement...

i sometimes feel weird commenting to other's logs... but you seem to just jump right in with the praise.

pull-ups suck! i have never done one in my life. i would say half of me pursuing simplefit over say some other "starter" program is the emphasis placed on the push/pull motions. someday... i will do one... and so will you! i think you might be a lot closer than i am... i can dead hang for 20 seconds...

it wasnt a set schedule... i just took as long as i felt i needed... i would say under a minute each time. i did not keep a close eye on the timer.

Vith... you actually work more muscles if you don't "wedge your feet." Holding your feet to the ground while performing a proper sit-up is a whole different experience than having someone hold them down or wedging them under a weight of some kind. This kind of sit-up really only works the hip flexor...
