From the BodyWeight exercises page:
"If the workouts take longer than 30 minutes or less than 5 minutes, decrease or increase your level, respectively"

I think you're supposed to use D3 as the judge.

I'm pretty sure the determining factor is your D3 time. Under 5 min on D3 means you should be able to move up if I'm not mistaken.

Week 5

Week 5:

L1D1: 22 Rounds

No improvement. Tired as hell. Wish I could've done more. Hopefully I can get a better time Wednesday. We shall see!

C25K: 3.72 km at Week 5 times While my overall distance dropped I ran my fastest mile at 11:29. Not particularly fantastic but it's a PR according to Nike+. I think I may stick with week 5 for now. We'll see how I feel after Tuesday's run to determine if I should go to week 6 yet. Tomorrow's a rest ...

C25K: 2.72 mi at Week 4 timing

Still felt like I could've done more. May try week 5 on Saturday, may do week 4 again. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

41 Rounds! I like seeing the improvement. As for the C25K I just hit week 3 this week too and my distance suffered due to the extended running periods also. Time to get back out there today though and push through that :D
