Super excited with my time. Managed to shave off about 20 seconds from last week! The supplemented pull-ups felt better too. I can tell they're getting easier if even slightly. Still can't do a real one but I can tell now that will come with time for sure.

Was going to start the C25K program last night but ended up taking my dog to the dog park for a couple of hours then got stuck on the phone for a couple hours. If you don't notice a lot of improvement with the negative drops after a few weeks, I highly recommend using a stool or chair with a leg on it to assist yourself. WEEK 2

Week 2: L1D1: 16 So to explain the massive jump here. Last week I messed up and when I was working out I was doing it as if 1 alternate pull-up = 1 actual pull-up so when I finished I just took how many I did (18) and divided by 3 which gave me my 6. WEEK 1 Finished

So week 1 is: L1D1 6 sets with supplemented Pull-ups L1D2 9:30 with supplemented Pull-ups L1D3 10:20 with supplemented Pull-ups Ok so the pul-ups are easily still the worst part. I totally agree. I love that each week I'm going to be trying to beat myself. Today after work is my first day 3...and I've been kind of dreading seeing how horrible my time's going to be, but I know it's a starting point and can't wait to start improving.

Goal is to just get healthier and hopefully look better aesthetically. I started Simplefit Monday and my second day is today. Man...I'm more out of shape than I thought. I'm still feeling Monday's workout in my chest and triceps. I didn't run Monday, but I probably will today. Thanks for the advice!...
