pullups are easier to do now, yes, and with better form :)

But there is *plenty* of room for progress : I still cannot do sets of more that 4 pullups ...

Hi ! I think you have to experiment with several stretching programs. I have found that what works best for me is 'PNF'. I am using this book : "The Book About Stretching" by Sven-A Solveborn. There is no way I could have used simplefit without the stretching complement but maybe that's just me. Hav...

I did rest but the last two rounds were tough anyway :)

Today's workout :

30APR2007-L4D3 : 5min43s

even the first set of pullups was difficult...one of these days....
I felt really exhausted when I was done.

I will stay some more at Level 4.

it's a bit frustrating because pullups are still the limiting exercise, I could do more rounds if only.... I guess I should be patient !

This applies to Days 2 and 3.
