Well, I'll see what L2D2 and L2D3 are like.

By the way, [ 5 * L1D3 ] is roughly equal to L8D3, by this (rather far-fetched) math, you'd have to be under 1 min for L1D3 :shock:

L2D1

23JUL2009-L2D1: 40 rounds that was very difficult. Pulse at the end : 180 ... (cause I sprinted for the last 2 rounds). Bear in mind that for pullups, I do : [ 1 pullup THEN 1 mixed (one side) pullup THEN 1 mixed (other side) pullup THEN 1 chinup ] ... and I cycle these exercises until the end. Taki...

If L7 proves too difficult ( it must be *awfuly* difficult ...), maybe going back to L6 for a while could help ?

edit: by workout log I mean the forum, textual, version. Here's my thinking : Kevin managed to build this big community ( 1622 users ! ) and yet, only few people use the workout log for some reason. Of course, a lot of subscribers stopped straight away, or did only a few weeks but I'm wondering abo...
