Hey, that's pretty good !

I agree that the BMI doesn't mean a lot furthermore the waist to hip ratio indicates you don't have a lot of visceral fat, right ? That's the one we want to avoid...

They sure need to be fit, so I guess there are lessons to be learnt. But still, situps sound funny to me.
