Nice job on level 7! This level is an absolute killer...not sure it's possible to "beat" it :) To be able to perform so well and still be focused on good form is a huge accomplishment.

I agree...I'd definitely be curious to hear how increasing the difficulty of the exercises (vs. just increasing reps/decreasing time) works out for you.

@KTG: what are the diablo666 progressions? Sound scary...

Level 7 - Week 6

Day 1 : 26 rounds in 19:36 Felt really good, during this workout and managed to beat my previous best by 2 rounds! Excellent progress!
