I'm not sure- it's probably up to you. If you did 3:1 it would take you a lot of time. The thing about negatives is I think you want to drop down as slowly as possible, so they will take time to do right.

I have one of the bars that you install in a door (Iron Gym). It's really easy to install, you basically slide a tab into the trim and then pop the bar on. It doesn't stress the door frame, and as long as you have it centered correctly it will support your weight just fine if you want to do negatives.

Took a rest week and am now switching things up a bit with some different bodyweight exercises, but I'll be back on the wagon soon to attack level 5. Diet has been good and I'm down over 8 pounds so far.

I decided to move up to level 5 but just make sure to focus more on form, especially on the pull-ups.

With that in mind I decided to just set the timer, focus on form and not watch the clock.

Well I got under 5 minutes. I videotaped it and wasn't too happy about my form on pull-ups, so I'm going to decide over the weekend whether I actually move up. Push-ups and squats were pretty good, until my daughter crawled through my legs and stole my phone during the video.

I do D1 on Monday, D2 on Wednesday and D3 on Friday, so I do get two days rest before D1 starts again. I think since they are called "weeks" you should wait until the next week begins to start again, but I could be wrong. You can rest on D1 as needed. Just do as many reps as you can in 20 minutes. Hey, I'm working on dropping to about 190 too. Can you do 1 regular push-up? Because you could start with regular and then go to knees once you were done with those.
