Don't stress about rotating pull-up grips on D1- I actually rotate pull-up grips on D2 and D3 as well. I think doing chin-ups helps build your pull-up strength quite a bit because it lets you work your muscles even when they are tired. Yep, I've found my level. L4D3 - 7:16

Even though I didn't pass, I was excited because my first set was 10 pull-ups. First set of push-ups was 20, I guess my arms were pretty tired since I was able to do 30 straight last week in level 3...

L4D2 8:00 (estimate)

I guess I didn't start my stopwatch right away, so I had to estimate how long the first round took me. Kind of hit a wall, but tried to just power through.

14 rounds is a good start, keep it up. For Day 1 I just take breaks as needed (when I'm winded). Sometimes I try to set a goal ahead of time and work towards that with my eye on the clock, or else I'll set a goal partway through. My other advice is to rotate between pull-ups and chin-ups. L4D1 - 20 rounds

Set 20 as a goal but I was worn out at the end. Did a 90 minute bike ride yesterday and I think I was feeling the effects of that.

Diet has been solid, going to try to keep it up this week.

L3D3 - 2:52
(did the pull-ups in set of 5, 7 and 4. Pushups 30 and 3. I was mad I couldn't get to 33 on the pushups.)

I've been all over the diet this week and have done really well. Going to count calories for a while to keep a good rhythm.

Yeah, but not any specific amount of time. Just resting as needed. Mainly need to rest for the next set of pull-ups. The resting is included in my total time.

I also added in 20 mins of aerobics yesterday. Going to do that on Tuesdays/Thursdays.

Doing much better with the diet this week.

I guess I'm ready to move up, but I'm getting some pretty ugly form on my pullups. One of these weeks I'll have to hang back and work for better form.

That was killer. I only got 1.5 hours of sleep and it made it rough. At least I did it I guess.
