Busy day yesterday, didn't get time to do anything.
Today, Lvl 4, d2, 5:37. Slipped a bit, but felt like I had good form on pulls and pushes (kept thumbs down, good levering). Squats seemed higher than normal, maybe I'm just more fixated on better form.

Yesterday, stretches, dips, and incline rows on playground (no bodyline or handstands).

Squats: non-stop
Pulled out more continuous reps today even if time was slightly longer than last week.

Last night, lvl 4, d1, 24 reps. Last three reps took a long time, but I got through the halfway point better than before. I feel that I'm pushing fatigue off the 20 minute mark; if I can push fatigue out passed the twenty minute mark, I can get at least two more reps in and keep my 40 second average.

Yesterday was a wash. Going to stretch after I finish this log. Lvl 4, d3, 6:27. The Android app crapped out and logged it as 21659:12!?!?! Don't know what that's all about. So, on target with my goals. Should level up next month.

Yesterday, dips, some stairs, rows. Also, longboarding on a new road! Today, lvl 4, d2, 5:29. Squats were deep and form on push-ups is getting much better.

Stretched yesterday, went big on handstand.
Today, lvl 4, d1, 24 reps. Same result as last week, setting 30 as a goal. It's within reach, just need more energy.

Stretched last night, today, lvl4, d1, 24 reps. Pull ups were hard, push ups were easy. Always tough coming back from rest week, especially since really emphasized stretches the night before.

Missed stretched yesterday.
Today, lvl 4, d3, 8:26 (pulls 6,4,2,2,2,2,2, push 11,10,10,5,5, non-stop squats).
I think that's my best time, yet. Rest week, going to do lvl 2.
No, looks like I did 8:18 back when I was doing this three years ago. I'll break that in two weeks.
