Stretches last night, handstand still can't bear all my weight and hollow hold was weak.
Realized on Monday that I forgot you don't count the rests on D2! Oh well, today's results: Lvl4, D2, 6:59

Missed stretches yesterday.
Today, Lvl4, d1, 25 (7 seconds over on 26th rep)
Only 2 reps over a minute! So I averaged around 0:45 sec per rep. Very happy with that!

Stretch yesterday, all Bodyline exercises are averaging about 45 seconds for the holds.
Today, lvl4, d2, 11:30.
Good form. Only asst'd pushes on the last set.

Did Lvl4 D3 on Thursday at 9:46. Missed stretching and D3 (wedding over the weekend, out of town). Today, back to it, Lvl4 D1, 19 reps. Tried doing two sets in a row, but focused on slower, better form. Felt a bit sluggish after the weekend, though.

Stretched yesterday (handstand & bodyline getting much better). Today, lvl 4, d1, 22 reps, great form, good rhythm, only 6 reps took over a minute with rests (14-19).

Missed Friday, so stretched on Saturday, Sunday: lvl 4, d3, 9:45 (2x10 pulls, 5x8+1 push, 11,15,15 squats) good form throughout, need to get lower and keep arms straighter on pushups.

Keep it up and don't forget to rest! Good form is a great way to pace yourself, and the first week of a level up is really tough.
