Last night I finished up the first week of Level 4. Next week I'll jump back to Level 2 for a break. L4D3: 6:20 For the pull ups I also wanted to see how many I could do all in a row. I got to 12 before my form got sloppy. But the cool thing is that ALL the pull ups were full range of motion with NO...
Good on you for working out before heading to basic. Definitely the smart thing. Some guys stick with the status quo and then reep the pain full on in basic. By January you will be much farther and certainly ready for the military punishment. You're definitely in the right kind of program one that w...

Especially if you do your poser ups quickly. I can just image, while working out vigorously on a Day 3 the top rail bust...

Here's the routine: Bend over the hood for a few hours - works your back. Lay under the car for a few hours - works your neck. :P And no matte...
My default on Day 1 is to rest about 20 seconds between rounds with a longer rest (40 seconds?) every 5 rounds or so. On days when I want to push more out, I think I decrease the short rests to 10 seconds and increase the long rests to a minute or so.

Yeah, I haven't been climbing in quite some time. I bet I'd be able to jump back in and possibly do better than I did last time after only a few weeks of simplefit. My son is starting to get interested in climbing now too. Looks like a new family activity on the horizon......
