40 pullups, 95 pushups, 200 squats

So I was slower but my pullups were no problems. I did not almost fail any reps if that makes sense. After the workout I went for a 2.2 mile run not bad I felt pretty good for that. I hope all of yall have great days.

So this makes a lot more sense thanks for elaborating. I totally understand the need to document everything and take lots of notes I am way to lazy for it though. I do not think I have the correct analytical brain cells for this. Again thank you for explaining that.

6/5/2014 L4D3 1min 44 sec 20 pullups, 41 pushups, 41 squats This workout was pretty quick I was able to work through the whole thing without taking a break. http://phraktured.net/molding-mobility.html so I follow that mostly mixed with some foam rolling for my thoracic spine. I have a desk job so I tend to spend about 5-10 minutes just foam rolling. Hope this helps somewhat

I feel you on the form I wish I had someone there to yell at me when it deteriorated, but you do the best you can. Congrats on the 3 extra rounds.
