I wouldn't doubt that doing a lot of pull ups without some mobility work could be a problem. In my warmup that I do every time before my workout I do a lot of mobility work and foam rolling and stretching so hopefully that is helping me out. I will post my warmup when I get back on later.

Heck I have been pretty consistent and I am still hurting at round 4 and 5 lol. But it is getting better I really need to work on being able to pump out more squats. When I do the day 3 workout and have to do 80 squats it sucks having to take a break after only 45 squats.

So my pullups unless it is a strength day are kipping pullups. I am able to keep up with the strict pullups on the strength days so I guess my arms are still getting stronger even with the conditioning aspect of kipping pullups.
good job on those rounds I am trying to get mine down there as well. I am probably resting about 2-3 minutes in between rounds and feel a little burnt out when I goto the next round, maybe I need to rest just a little bit more who knows.
Thanks cole. I want to get to where I can string 50+ pullups together that would be pretty awesome. I suspect when I try to get to those numbers I will probably have to transition to a butterfly kip or something who knows.
