5/18/2014 L7 D3 6min 45 sec 40 pullups, 80 pushups 80 squats So I am very happy about this time. I knocked 1 minute 10 seconds off and I cannot be happier. I was able to string together 30 pullups for my first set than 3,3,2,2 sets. For my pushups my arms were pretty smoked so I eaked out 35 pushups...

Good job man! Have you ever used the iron woody bands for your pullups before? They come in many different levels that can help you with pullups if its a sticking point. Just a suggestion.

Nah just eat good and keep being consistent with your workouts. Good luck. But hell even if it did take you that long I would be impressed with your tenacity, keep it up!

Yeah it's awesome sticking to a program usually I have problems posting my workouts with other programs because it takes so long to type it all up but I feel like it's so simple with these workouts. Yeah stick with it I am sure you will be at the later levels soon. Have a great day!

Yeah the workouts will surely adjust themselves. Eventually in the later rounds you will be struggling to get them done in the required time. I believe I am on week 3 of Level 7 so that shows you its gets harder lol. But keep it up.
