invisiblejk, That is awesome that you were so consistent with your workouts. I hope you keep it up and see max gains. 4/28/2014 L4D1 46 rounds 92 pullups, 184 pushups, 276 squats This was a good workout. I developed a blister halfway through the workout but still did pretty awesome. Sorry I missed your post on the 3rd. Had I seen it I would have made a suggestion to do your pullups on the rings if you have them. The only reason I state this is because they allow for different movement patterns. Also good luck on your L4D3!
