Re: MM's Log
Level 2 Day 1: I did 20 rounds in 16:54 and then decided to stop there. I haven't done 20 pullups in a workout in a long time and did not want to be to sore the next round.
Re: MM's Log
... L1D3- 4:08 This was just to gauge where I'm at. Seeing as it was a good bit slower than my last L1D3 workout I will probably start back at level 1.
Level 6
I've been off the simplefit bandwagon, but continue to work on pullups and pushups. Today I did 20 rounds of L6D1, which felt fine despite the temperature being in the 90's. I don't think I'm quite ready for the L6D3 test. My previous best on L6D1 was 23. I think I could have blown by that with a li...

Re: franklymydarling's log
Yesterday was a wash. Going to stretch after I finish this log. Lvl 4, d3, 6:27. The Android app crapped out and logged it as 21659:12!?!?! Don't know what that's all about. So, on target with my goals. Should level up next month.

... to follow the program truly for the last weeks (been out travelling a bit and other things) But I still try to keep it up! At the moment I'm at level 4 (but maybe I should go back to level 3 again..?) Think my goal is to finish level 5/6 and then change to Start bodyweight (http://startbodyweight.com/) ...
Level 5 Week 7
This is my seventh week doing intermittent work on level 5. This week I did 20 rounds for L5D1 on Monday. Then on Saturday, I pulled off the L5D3 test in 4:52. The pull-up sets were 6-5-5-4-3-3. The push-ups were 30-21. The squats were straight through. ...

Re: G-Money's Log
Keep it up and don't forget to rest! Good form is a great way to pace yourself, and the first week of a level up is really tough.

A bit of variety
... DB floor press and band pull aparts and jumping lunges. I won't change the weight over the weeks, just alter the reps as they progress from each level. Day three is kept the same. Thoughts? Richard

Re: Braper log (starting at level 1)
Thanks you for your reply!
I looked at your log, and I think we have some of the same goals.
I'm 37 yo, 183 cm (6') and 62.6kg (138 lbs) when I started.
Hope to build some muscles and gain some weight. My goal is 70kg (154 lsb)
Having three small children I needed a simple program
